Refund Policy
To secure a holiday, you must pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the value of your trip at the time of booking. For any reason should you need to cancel we have one of the best refund policies in the business.
If cancellation is:
- More than 60 days before the starting date of the holiday the non-refundable deposit is retained.
- 8 days or more before the starting date of the holiday 50% of the holiday cost will be refunded
- 7 days or less before the starting date of the holiday 100% of holiday cost is retained.
We always recommend for our clients to take out insurance. For all our International clients we recommend World nomads. For our Irish customers we recommend Blue Insurance.
