We are all facing tough times due to the coronavirus outbreak. I’d like to start by sending my best wishes to you and your family. I hope each and every one of you is taking the recommended precautions and staying as safe as possible.
The coronavirus is strongly impacting all businesses across the globe. The travel industry with all the travel bans and grounded airlines is particularly hit by this crisis and so are we. As an organisation going through a crisis, I would like to reassure all of our clients that we were prepared for remote working and were able to comply with the confinement policies without any downtime.
We are currently following the situation daily and contacting our customers who were due to travel in the next 4-6 weeks to rearrange their travel plans.
To all our customers, I’d like to personally apologise for the inconvenience. After having helped you to plan your dream holiday for months, it makes us feel very sad that you won’t be able to go in the next few weeks. But remember, The Camino will remain open in the future so please just bear with us and the improvement of the situation to eventually make it there.

Free date change policy
We understand that difficult times require more flexibility. So we’ve updated our booking policy to make it more flexible.
If you have booked with us, you can change the date of your trip free of charge to any date in 2020, 2021 or 2022. By postponing your trip instead of cancelling, you are not only helping us but also all the small businesses along the Camino de Santiago which depend on the income they make from the Camino season.
Book now to go later in 2021 or 2022
For those of you who haven’t booked yet, please engage with us. We are known for the quality of our service before, during and after the trip, and we will for sure have the heart to keep delivering it again to more people in the future. Our booking policy also applies to new customers.
We hope to put you back on the road soon. For us, there’s nothing that makes us happier than creating the best Camino experiences for our customers. Stay safe!
Advice: If you want to go on the Camino this year, I would recommend you to start planning now to go from July onwards, as the risk of not being able to go will be lower. Also, getting travel insurance now is more important than ever and our Camino planners can advise you on this.
