Grievance & Concerns

If you have a concern or complaint about our services, business conduct, or any other matter, we encourage you to reach out to us at [email protected] or using the contact form on this page. We accept grievances related to our services, business practices, team conduct, or our environmental and social impact. All submissions are taken seriously and handled confidentially. Once received, we will acknowledge your grievance within 5 business days and keep you informed at each step of the resolution process. Grievances are reviewed by our operations team and resolved through direct communication with the complainant, internal escalation where required, and agreed corrective action where appropriate. You will receive a final confirmation once your grievance has been resolved. If we determine that a submission does not qualify as a grievance, we will explain why. You will not face any retaliation for raising a concern in good faith.

We are currently running a short-term test to resolve some tracking issues, which requires temporarily disabling our cookies consent banner.
