Where and How to Do Your Yoga
Day 1
As you walk from the town of Oia to Baiona, you can stop to practice your daily Yoga poses at the deliciously named Praia Da Chocolateira (Beach of the Chocolate Makers!), around 4.5km from your starting point.

Day 2
As you go from Baiona to Vigo, you have a number of beaches where you can complete your Yoga. Start your day with Yoga as you leave Baiona, break from walking and meditate, or celebrate reaching Vigo with a quick session.

Day 3
The town of Arcade is the best place to unwind with some Yoga today. After you are dropped to Redondela, the beaches around Arcade (Praia do Muello and Praia Matilde) are 7.5km away.

Day 4
Making your way from Pontevedra and Caldas de Reis, today brings with it the opportunity to run through your Yoga poses at the beautiful Parque Natural Ria Barosa. Find your Zen among tranquil nature!

Day 5
Today we recommend completing your Yoga in the morning before you start your day’s walk. Caldas de Rei offers a few relaxing locations: by the riverside and in the local park, Carballeira de Caldas de Reyes.

Day 6
On your final day, we once again recommend practising your Yoga poses first thing. Your accommodation in Padrón offers the best facilities to ensure you have total privacy to zone in on your inner peace!
