At Follow the Camino and One Foot Abroad we value the safety of our customers and the confidence they put in us. We hear and share your concern about how Coronavirus and the resulting travel restrictions are affecting all of us. We are very pleased to see that many countries are starting to reopen as their number of cases drops to a safe level.
Both Spain and Portugal are welcoming tourists in some regions, however, it is important to plan for possible changes. By booking through us you are reducing the stress of changed bookings because we do all of it for you.
We have introduced a No Change Fee policy for all our customers, which allows them to reschedule their holidays to a later date in 2021 at no cost and with no loss of funds already paid.
We are monitoring the situation in all of the countries that we operate in and updating any affected clients as things progress.
Each country is opening up – or re-closing – at a different rate. The information on the dates at which each country will move to a new phase or allow the opening of new tourist services is constantly changing.

For the latest updates and advice regarding the impact of Coronavirus (Covid-19) on upcoming travel plans in Europe, please refer to the World Health Organisation Coronavirus website.
You can also refer to the latest national travel advisory notices from the authorities in your country to see if they recommend travel to Spain, Portugal, France, or Italy.
We strongly advise that all clients take out their own Travel Insurance to protect themselves in the event of any future impact on their travel plans. Clients should also familiarise themselves with the Terms & Conditions of their Travel Insurance policy.
