We are very pleased to see that many countries are starting to reopen as their number of cases drops to a safe level.
Both Spain and Portugal are welcoming tourists again, however, it is important to plan for possible changes. By booking through us you are reducing the stress of changed bookings because we do all of it for you.
We have introduced a No Change Fee policy for all our customers impacted by COVID-19, which allows them to reschedule their holidays to a later date in 2021 or 2022 at no cost and with no loss of funds already paid.
Each country is opening up at a different rate. The information on the dates at which each country will move to a new phase or allow the opening of new tourist services is constantly changing.

We strongly advise that all clients take out their own Travel Insurance to protect themselves in the event of any future impact on their travel plans. Clients should also familiarise themselves with the Terms & Conditions of their Travel Insurance policy.
