Santiago de Compostela

The Cathedral of Santiago is quite a spectacle and thankfully is open all year round so it is a very welcome sight when you arrive in Santiago de Compostela after your pilgrimage to sit down and attend church at a mass time Santiago that suits you. It is certainly something very special and humbling so be prepared to have some sort of emotion opened up in your core. Also the famous Botafumeiro is a sight to behold. Read more on the Botafumerio here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Botafumeiro

Opening hours: 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Mass times change depending on day of the week and holidays/festivals etc. for full details we recommend you see here: Catedral de Santiago.
