They beautifully curated and organised every aspect of our 40 day pilgrimage from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port to Santiago de Compostela , and everything worked seamlessly from beginning to end. We always felt well supported, allowing us to immerse ourselves completely in the experience. We appreciated their kindness and encouragement throughout our journey. The Camino has changed us. It has taught us to slow down, to live more simply, to trust the journey, and to appreciate that some of life's richest experiences come through shared hardship, unexpected conversations and quiet moments of reflection. It has given us friendships we will treasure, memories we will carry forever, and a longing to return one day as pilgrims once again. We had great weather, and loved the song along live music in the pubs. Plus the B&B and Hotels were much better than expected, some were outstanding.Posted on TripadvisorVerified Easy Traveling This is my third time using Follow The Camino. They never disappoint. Jade handles the details of my journey and Angie is all about my sleeping arrangements. They are always available and I mean always!! On the trail I needed Jade and she was there. The inns were great. I had wonderful inns with friendly staff and comfortable quarters. My rucksack was transferred along for me and that was a great break for me, especially in the heat of this camino. I journeyed with my 11 yr old granddaughter on the Camino. We joined a group of 8 other individuals, mostly as strangers to each other. Within a day, we had bonded, and began an incredible, meaningful, memorable, and powerful spiritual journey, much due to the kindness, grace and intuitive leadership of Sylvia. Having led hundreds of people over 12 years, Sylvia anticipated our every need and concern, and made the journey relevant and successful for each of us. At 72 yrs, I rate this as one of the highlights of life. It could not have been a more perfect or successful experience. Although hotels were 2/3 start, they were boutique hotels with loads of good service and food. Centrally located in the main towns. Everyone was friendly, cafe staff along the way too. Guiding without being rigid. He coached us along our Camino journey when we were tired. His charming personality helped us when we needed help convincing vendors to accommodate our special requests. We just returned from a six-day Camino from Oia to Santiago de Compostela with a group of six friends. I had a wonderful experience planning the trip with Jade and Angie; they were incredibly responsive over the months of planning and handled multiple itinerary changes with ease. Everything was flawless, from the hotel stays and meals to the luggage transfers and the Camino mapping app. As a Travel Advisor, I highly recommend Follow the Camino and look forward to planning many more trips with them for my clients.
